We decided to take Nakiah to the beach since the weather was nice and she had never been before. We put her in her little bathing suite and was ready to go.
She didn't really know what to think at first
She quickly decided that she loved being in the water, it was just a really big bath tub.
At the cabins, the weather was great. As soon as we got to the lake, it turned out to be a little cooler than we thought it was, the water wasn't much warmer.
Nobody wanted to get in. Darren even got mad at Brandon and Brittany for bringing him to a cold lake.
Nakiah was a trooper though
She played and played until her legs were ice
She loved seeing the duckies
Mean Mommy and Daddy were too chicken to actually get in the water but let Nakiah float around in the coldness
Michelle and Eore joined us for a dip
